just what I needed
I've actually known about GAPS diet and protocol for a long time.. my Dad put me onto this eating style in the 90s when he was dealing with IBS. He started to eat in this GAPs way and his symptoms disappeared. So I was delighted to be reminded about this healing method when my own problems with digestion have surfaced. I am going to follow this guide. Really grateful, highly reccomend!

Informative, actionable, encouraging
Thank you for being a resource for those with IBD's. My friend has an IBD, and suffers a lot with stomach issues constantly, and I've been trying to learn more about them. This book is very reassuring, to instruct how the GAPs diet can help with the symptoms, and you should stick with it and not give up.
The education on the GAPs diet and FODMAP is very descriptive and detailed. I have never heard of this stuff before, but now I want to share all of this info with my friend for him to learn about.
