I'll be watching for Fred's everywhere.
I love the story the narrator was easy to listen to. and the audible was a great application to use I had no issues with the book that I've downloaded no issues with the sound quality

What we all should strive for
The Fred Factor is on my must read list. This book provides insightful knowledge of customer service based on the simple Fred character. The story is basic but the thought that centers on each of the key points of the book are extremely deep. I enjoyed listening to this book and would highly recommend it to anyone who has to help motivating teams to “take care of the customer”.

Everyone Should Read This Book
This book should be on a required school reading list. It is read, learn and apply immediately. It was a quick read and made perfect sense. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
