About this listen

An endless dungeon means unlimited adventure!

A place of wonder, excitement, deadly traps and ferocious monsters, the Eternal Dungeon is an endless labyrinth of tunnels and rooms. With death awaiting through every door the dungeon needs new inhabitants to feed its hunger.

Enter Jackson, snatched from his home via magic portal and dumped into the dungeon's dank halls. Assigned the role of a disposable monster by the class-based levelling system that puts the Eternal Dungeons denizens on an even footing, he must learn to master his new powers to survive.

Gathering a group of strange friends around him Jackson must do the only thing he can. Delve deeper into the dungeon, braving terrifying beasts and battling towering bosses, hoping he can somehow find a way home. A way to escape the Eternal Dungeon.

Not your father’s isekai dungeon crawl

Story takes off at a sprint, not overly burdened by system messages or long listing of stats and character sheets. The characters are fun, unique and interesting and hilarious.

The narrator is awesome too, took me a minute to place it, but he sounds like Ringo Starr from his Thomas the Tank Engine days.

If you like LitRPG’s, this one is definitely worth a listen/read.

A fun listen.

If you’ve ever seen An Idiot Abroad, this book a little bit reminds me Karl Pilkington getting sucked into a dungeon. There is a lot about this genre that doesn’t make sense, and we all just roll with it. It’s fun to have someone asking the questions that should be asked. I’m looking forward to the next installment.

A well written, clever book with great narration

The narration is really good. It kept me captivated the whole time.
The different characters are distinct, so there is no problem telling them apart and the banter between them is laughable.
The class/leveling system is a new twist to me, or at least how it’s chosen and how it affects the story.
This was a story i wanted to last forever. I really wanna know what happens next! Two series has had me this engaded before and those are The Kingkiller Chronicles and The Wandering Inn.
