This is an excellent cookbook.
This is an excellent cookbook. Most of the recipes are easy to prepare and very tasty. I especially liked the fish and seafood recipes. There are a lot of pasta dishes which if, for people like me, you cannot eat freely, you can still enjoy all these dishes by using alternative noodles.

Its great
This is an unbelievable book!!! Knowing that you can prevent heart disease at best and how to ""fix"" it at worse is a game changer. This puts the person in the drivers seat and NOT the disease! The number of delicious recipes gives one a number of choices to proceed with a heart healthy diet.
