Tess lost her baby, but her husband, Cody, continued to lavish affection on Pony as an outlet for his grief. Tess wanted, no needed, to get rid of Pony. Cody grudgingly agreed to give the horse away, but would this be the end of Pony, or a new beginning for all of them? And who kept taking the toys Cody put on the children’s grave?
It would take a Christmas miracle to save their marriage and give Pony a good home.
