Great SHRM Study Resource!

The Mometrix materials for the SHRM-CP and SCP exams are great tools for studying. I just passed my SCP on the first attempt thanks to these materials. I listened to this audio book dozens of times and it is very detailed and aligns well with the text, Flashcards, and online courses. This guide is by far the most comprehensive and detailed of the materials available in audio format. I highly recommend this title if you are preparing for either the SHRM-CP or SCO exams. Good luck!

Excellent information, read too fast

Very informative and helpful for the the SHRM test. The the questions on the test in the book seem realistic however the narrator read way too fast and it was difficult to tell when he changed subjects . It was difficult to take notes. I will probably listen to it again. I bought the book that has 2 full tests in it.

Dying at the end

The end of this audible took me by surprise,hilarious. Lots of good, detailed info!

reading is off sometimes... some portions missing

at Chapter, Part 2, 45;20 in, the audio skips and a portion is completely missing...inexcusable... obvious editing problem.

Passed the exam!

I listened to this book passively while I was studying for the test. It was a good resource - it clarified some things for me that I read in the SHRM LMS and gave me a more well-rounded understanding of HR concepts.

I enjoyed the narration & the end gave me a good smile.

Okay Content but so Boring

This is painful to listen to. It makes it fairly useless as a study guide.

Excellent SHRM CP and SCP Study Guide!

This is THE BEST study guide I’ve ever come across for test prep, as well as just learning more about HR Management. The narrator does a superb job, has a great voice tone, and it goes from one concept to the next without fluff or dead time. I’ve listened to it several times and will continue listening because it’s so well done and is so practical for HR professionals or for general management professional who want to polish their HR skills, which is crucial for anyone in any managerial role. I highly recommend it!

Not even close to SHRM BoCK--PAINFUL

The narrator was painful to listen to, the terms were one or two sentence definitions with no examples and the terminology used is not the same used in the SHRM learning system or other highly rated systems. And there was zero emphasis on the items most likely to be included on the exam. There is literally zero clarity when switching topics or even modules. This is REALLY BAD.

I have tried desperately to give this a shot, but now at halfway through, there is just zero value here. I've even skipped around to see if there are other areas that might be more valuable, but have continued to be disappointed.

Boring and not helpful

Not helpful at all totally different from the original SHRM. Outdated boring, no heading or story line
