Too Amazing, can not wait for the next book

If you have not read this book I recommend that you give it a try because it is worth everything and more. For me, this book was magnificent, well detailed, and kept me on the edge of my seat wanting and waiting for more. I personally can not wait for the next book within the series to come out.

Favorite scene:
My favorite scene within the book had to be when both Sage and Adrian merged both of their half of the book together and saw a variety of visions that provided them with clues as to what is occurring between the two of them and how they are connected.

Steamy levels: 5 out of 5 (there are plenty of steamy scenes that will make you further falling in love with both Sage and Adrian)
People that I still find suspicious: Adrian's best friend ( only because he asks too many questions for my liking and he just seems a little off for some reason) and Yolanda- Sage's new vampire- lion shifter hybrid ( the reason why is due to the fact that she was with and loyal to Seleno first and I don't trust Seleno)

I personally can not wait until the second book within the series comes out because I know that Nicholas Bella is going to get more into who and or what is the mage court and also I really want to see Sage go up against someone since he is now a Tribrid ( Lion shifter, mage, and vampire) which is so freaking cool.

This was the first-ever book that I've listened to by Nicholas Bella and I can confidently say that I'm looking forward to more of Nicholas's work since this book was a true gem that I plan on keeping and listening to more and more.

Mages and Mayhem indeed!!!

I now read and listen to anything Nicholas Bella writes, and once started I devour the entire book in one go. His stories and characters are unlike any other author, each with compelling and highly sexual males enjoying other males and occasionally females. This is my second listen to That Mafioso Magic , the first book in Mages and Mayhem, a three book series. Dark Reckoning just got published and I purchased that one in print as audio isn’t available yet. I wanted to refresh my memory before reading the last book in this deliciously dark series, for full pleasure in the characters, action, and events. In That Mafioso Magic, two males experience an instant and intense connection through ancient familial lineages to ultimately combine their magical abilities and bond as mates. Sage is a lion shifter and leader of a "pride" of fierce, intelligent, and loyal female lioness shifters. Adrian is a human mage who survived the foster home system, and is running his own business as a private investigator/problem solver. Sage comes to Adrian for help in discovering the identify of the person or persons who are trying to kill him, and he wants an investigator with mage ability. The first time Sage and Adrian meet one another is fiery! No one describes the pure intensity of a sexual encounter like Nicholas Bella – sooooo hot!!! No slow burn here! The story is not just about sex though, there’s plot lines aplenty. Demon possession, attempted assassinations by magical means, vampires, wolves, territory struggles, and increasing mage abilities keep the reader engaged, sometimes horrified, sometimes aroused.
Nicholas Bella’s books are intended for mature and open minded readers. But if you like a well written paranormal MM sexually intense story, this author is worth exploring.
Keith Folz is a an incredible narrator. He’s excellent at distinguishing characters from one another, and his whiskey infused velvety deep voice just adds to the words Bella writes.

What you thought was impossible is alive!

The world of Nicholas Bells is filled with wolves ,vampires, and oh yes, Lots of sex, those who could use magic and forces u never dreamed of. The narration is spot on, the French accent of the vampire sounds like a French speaker in English. Never thought of shape shifters other than werewolves. Add a lion king who is also shifter and is into organized crime and BTW gay. Sex, blood, sex ,claws, sex, fangs, add generous amounts of money, sex, crime and mayhem and you have another great Nicholas Bella story.. One book leads to the next which makes you say Where is the next bookand the sex NB conjures up the next stunning series. Always leaving you wanting for the next book to continue the story! I am so glad I found NB"s books on Amazon"s LGBT sci-fi stories. Another author he partners with is Aimee Nicole Walker a great author in her own.

This story is exciting and a little intense. Sage is so cool. I love his dark to Adrian's light. They're both badasses, especially together. I can't wait to find out what happens next in their story! ❤️
I love the narrator for the audiobook. His voice is sexy and he's so good with accents.

an action-packed paranormal romance

I really enjoyed this action-packed paranormal romance. The world and all of its characters are done so well. I was engaged the entire time. The narration by Keith Folz was good and easy to listen to.

this was an amazing and sizzling hot book. I loved The duality of the characters. I also really loved the narrator, his voice is so deliciously deep it's amazing and you can feel it all the way down in your bones.

Nicholas Bella has done it again with That Mafioso Magic. This book has everything you need for your listening pleasure. Magic, mages, sex, vampires, shifters and did I mention hot sex? And just in case you are not convinced, how about a group of deadly, “not be to mess with” bodyguards who can throw down on five-inch spiked stilettos?  Yes, they do exist!! Just be ready for the best or worst book hangovers. I am still recovering!

Nicholas Bella’s writing style is unique and captivating. He does not sugar coat things nor use fluff, and this translates to characters who are straight forward and honest in their actions and feelings.
The dynamic between the two main characters is extraordinary. Adrian and Sage are two people from different worlds who collided in an epic scene you will have to listen and experience for yourself.

I joke that if this audiobook was one of those old vinyl records, it will have scratches all over! Yes, I have listened to That Mafioso Magic that many times. it is that good.
Keith Foltz voice is unbelievable, he helps bring each character to life. The voice he gave to each character is how I imagined it when I read the book. Excellent choice of narrator. I can’t wait for the next book.
