Publisher's summary

When duty and desire clash, fated mates are caught in the middle.

Cash's loyalty to his pack is unwavering. He'd sacrifice anything to protect his packmates. Do anything to keep them safe. Put their needs above his own...always.

It is the life he was born for, and the one he's worked years to achieve. As an Enforcer, he swore an oath to his alpha: pack before self.

Not once has he regretted his choices.

Until an injured eagle shifter lands in his lap, and his protective instincts get torn in two.

He knows he can't risk the safety of his pack...no matter what his panther demands. Once the little bird is all healed up, Cash will have to send him on his way.

For the good of his pack.

But dark, frightened eyes and a sweet smile call to his cat in a hungry, possessive way and challenge everything he's ever thought he knew.

For the first time in his life, he might just have to put himself first.

Tempest is the first book in the Silver Oak Pack series, set within the Kincaid Pack Universe but able to be listened to and enjoyed completely on its own. It features an overly protective panther trapped by his own responsibility-driven morals, an eagle who can't remember much but knows the surly cat makes him feel spine-tingling safe, magical tattoos, skinny dipping, a delicious age-gap, gobs of scenting, and a swoon-worthy happily ever after.

Draws You In

Even if you haven't read the author's Kincaid Pack series, this story will draw you in from the very start.
Cash and Ore are just it man. Chemistry, tenderness and SPARK.
As soon as i started this i knew i wouldn’t be able to put it down until it was done.
I adore this universe, can’t wait to come back to it.

I can’t wait for more!!!

I was so sad when the Kincaid Pack series end, but now I get to look forward to the Silver Oak Pack! I love the mix of magic, romance, and intrigue that always feature in Kiki Clark’s books. And her characters, and all their flaws, are so lovable. I can’t wait to see what shenanigans the rest of the pack get up to!

"His tiny tempest."

I was lucky enough to receive a ALC of this and man, I have to say, that Kirt Graves is just FOREVER Kiki Clark's narrator. He cannot be removed. Ever. His voice is literally like a warm, comfy hug and the way he brings each and every single Kiki Clark book to life? So good.

He completely captures the strong, enforcer voice for Cash as well as the confused, lost birdy that is Ore. I loved hearing Kirt give us the feels and emotions while we listened to these two fall in love and get their HEA.

Loved it!

Kirk Graves does an amazing job of bringing this story to life. Tempest is the first book in the Silver Oak Pack series. This is set within the Kincaid Pack Universe but can be read and enjoyed completely on its own.
This is a great start to a new series!
Cash and Ore’s relationship is the perfect blend of super sweet and super sexy. The chemistry and connection between them is priceless.

Graves does an amazing Ore

I love Kirt Graves voice. He is so amazing to listen to.
This was a great start to the Silver Oak pack. It was more of a "start" than I expected. With the few introductions we have had to the pack, I thought I knew more about the pack than I did. There were some things that surprised me but was great to watch how the pack might grow.
Ore and Cash are very sweet with some wonderful smexy times. And I absolutely loved seeing Robbie again.
I am so excited for more with Saint and to find out more about who is building to be the big bad.

Great start to spinoff series

Absolutely love Kiki Clark’s Kincaid Pack series and this spin-off series seems like it is going to be just good! While it might be okay to read as a standalone, it picks up after the events of the Kincaid Pack series so I recommend reading/listening to those books first to get the maximum understanding of the world.

Kirt Graves as narrator is such a good choice. All characters have their own unique voice, even with such a large cast of characters so you always know who is speaking.

The beginning of this story is a little slow on the build up but overall a great listen. The Silver Oak pack is filled with characters that I’m dying to know more about. Can’t wait for book two!

Excellent listen!

Along with the fabulous storyline, the narrator is the perfect voice for this book. Orr and Cash have a beautiful journey with a few bumps! I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

Great start to new series

This was a great start to a new series. (There are some call outs to Kiki Clark's Kinkaid series, but you don't need to have read/listen to that one to enjoy this one.) Loved Kirt Graves telling of this story too!! His voice adds to this story. Loved the differences between the two MCs. Absolutely love the size difference too! I can't wait for more to come in this series.

Story so well done, I couldn’t stop til the end!

Thank you, Kiki & Kirt for a wonderful sequel/loose continuation of the Kincaid Pack series. As always, Kirt Graves delivers an excellent performance. Characters and story line was tight. However, I need to revisit The Hunter and His Mates, did Jaime, the Redtail Hawk need the “special Tea” to mark his mates? Or, was it instinctual? Either way, thank you for continuing the fun and exciting adventure of Pack Life.
