About this listen

Does April May have a new career as a ghost detective?

A couple of vaudeville-era ghosts have invaded April’s tearoom insisting that she travel to Lavender Falls to find a missing man.

The catch? They don’t even know the man’s name.

When a broken water main forces April to close the tearoom, she and Irma decide a vacation is in order. The quaint town of Lavender Falls sounds like the perfect place for a getaway. And as long as she’s there, she can check if there are any missing person cases.

April and Irma soon learn Lavender Falls is not quite what it seems. Will they uncover what’s really going on before someone else goes missing?

Did not like virtual voice at all!

I really do not like the virtual voice! Everyone sounds the same and it is almost monotone. Takes some of fun out of the story. I enjoyed all of this series except for the 2 books which were virtual voice. Please stop using it.

Virtual narration is not good.

The virtual narration ruins the nuance of the story. It is very robotic and has no warmth.
