A lot of timely and helpful tips in the book

Enjoyed the techniques especially now that I'm working from home. Even if some of the tips don't help, others might. It's more about getting that one or two that really impact you.

Most of the ideas I've read elsewhere

Most of the ideas I've read elsewhere, but the author's did a great job using different analogies and examples that seemed to make each idea really stick. Lots of great psychology usable in all facets of life.
