In recent history, diabetes has turned into an epidemic. In addition, the common understanding regarding its cure, based on a medical perspective, is that it can only be cured with the assistance of surgery or other complicated methods. The problem with this view is that it does not take nutritional changes into account and only presents expensive, risky, and complicated methods to cure type 2 diabetes.
The main point of The Diabetes Code is that since overconsumption of carbohydrates in a chronic manner leads to an insulin response in our bodies that causes diabetes, the most effective and fruitful way to reverse the disease is to lessen carbohydrate consumption. A huge number of clinical trials, among other things, have proven the role of a low-carbohydrate diet in obesity reduction.
