So relaxing!
I really enjoy this medertainment presentation. I love the stories, relaxin in a spa, on a boat, flying... I love the stress relief techniques. I love that even if I don't fall asleep I feel rested after this book. I love the narrator's soothing voice and English accent along with the background music. It's such a relief for me as I find it so difficult to quiet my mind. I listen to it over and over again, and I love it every time!
