Excalltly what i needed

overthinking

Sometimes, I thought the author was inside of my head. I am an overthinker and I let it stress me out. I found this book to be helpful to me to learn how to declutter my mind and it provided my tips and ideas on how to change negative thinking into a positive ones. Great three book series for a little self-help.

This book provides lots of useful techniques for de-stressing. As a mental health professional, I knew about most of these techniques, but there were a few that I didn’t know about
