Very relaxing and helpful to focus
I listened to this audio book while trying to work on projects that require my focus. I found it really helpful to block distractions and relax while being alert enough to complete my tasks. In the evening, it also helped me get into a relaxed state quicker to fall asleep.

Refreshingly Peaceful!
Pink Noise is just what I needed to destress while washing dishes, fold my laundry and mop the floors! As my little toddlers watch their television programs during my cleaning routine, pink noise blocks out EVERYTHING—you know—those silly cartoon songs and characters lol!
It’s also amazing when trying to sleep after a mentally stimulating day!
Highly recommended!

Soft and soothing!
This isn't the regular white noise that you would hear but more of a warmer version that makes it soothing. Use this for focus or sleep. Block the world out and hit your goals; be it sleep or study :)

Perfect!
Nice, soothing white noise. There is no chapter interruptions so no narrator announcing each chapter so it’s continuous white noise. Great for sleeping
