I loved that the tapping and exercises (meditations, etc) were marked as their own chapters for easy navigation.
I will use this audiobook often as part of my daily spiritual and mindset practice!!
I feel empowered by pragmatic knowledge that I can actually use, instead of relying on the talk therapy that honestly wasn’t helping much.
Ultimately, I am glad that I dived into this book and would recommend it. :)

Based on what little I knew about Somatic Healing and the research I had done before listening to this book, I believe this author has provided a treasure chest of insights to give readers an opportunity to tackle their issues in a self-directed way--something that is often a lot less intimidating than the thought of tackling such things with a therapist. I intend to have a couple family members read this too--it is an excellent resource.

The author states that somatic therapy is very much becoming the norm for assisting those who have suffered post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and by including it into our daily routine it can help address a myriad of issues such as dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression, assisting with relationship and interaction issues, or helping boost self-confidence and belief in oneself.
The author discusses indepth somatic practices to aid in our healing associated with any form of trauma. Some of these practices range from breathing techniques, meditations, to healing the inner child and many other techniques discussed in this book.
I found this audio book very helpful, being I also suffer from PTSD. I highly recommend it for like potential readers.
