Must read!

A Must Read!!!

This is a great book for anyone; Period! This book was helpful for relieving stress and the tools presented are amazing as they have helped me tremendously. The narrator also has a soothing voice and was relaxing listening to.

Great Resource for Therapists & Mindbody Educators

I found this book easy to listen to and understand. The step by step practices are clear, and case examples add depth. I would recommend this book for anyone just beginning to explore the field of Somatics and those who are currently counseling, coaching, teaching and developing Somatic Mind-body programs to share with their clients and students. I am also happy to have the PDF to return to so that I am accurately quoting when discussing the material. Very helpful! I appreciate the detail and the friendly presentation. I will be sharing as an educational resource.

I love the voice of this narrator

I dont like physical limitations, but these therapies as gentle exercises help alleviate issues and mobility. At my age i need all the help i can get. If you want to understand more about thoughts and emotions this somatic therapy allows you to feel and process minework,, helpful breathing or enhancing meditation. I liked the chapter 6 on allowing exercises that improves mood and movement. We need these great moments to return to emotional balance and grabbing on our mental practices. Im all about restorative sleep as i've had some bad changes in life, and when your energy is low, you can find new levels of calmness. Theres great advice for reducing pain and stress on your body like your legs, lower back, feet, shoulders and hips.

Simple and Interactive

I loved this book! It's packed with easy exercises that help clear my stress and connect mind mind and body. I loved how simple and practical the techniques are—they fit right into my busy day.
