Pain Relief for Beginners!
I had the opportunity to listen to this audiobook and I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding in my body until I started doing the exercises in this book. The 10-minute routines are easy to fit into my day and they’ve made such a difference in how I feel... both physically and especially emotionally. Although I'm familiar with most of the breathing techniques already, it doesn't hurt to get a refresher! I like that this book takes a holistic approach and that the author dives into the importance of emotional intelligence.

Chilling out in 10 minutes
This book is legit easy to follow. The exercises take like 10 minutes and help you chill out and let go of stress. I liked how it explains stuff without making it complicated, and it’s perfect if you’re super busy but want to feel more relaxed.
