I never really understood why people needed to eat gluten-free. I understand now that there’s a lot of health problems for people that have to eat gluten-free. But even if you don’t think you have health problems, there’s a lot of health benefits to eating gluten-free. You will be eating cleaner for better overall health! By eating gluten-free, you will improve your digestive system, you will improve your energy levels, it will help with your weight management, and it will improve your skin health! This book is full of plenty of easy to follow gluten-free recipes. It also includes what the author calls “1 pot” meals! Super easy to make. This book makes eating gluten-free easier than I ever expected, AND I get to keep some of my favorites like lentils and quinoa! Oh, and to top it all off, this book is full of lots of dessert recipes. There’s even some “no bake” desserts that are a great option. This book also teaches you how to make kid approved breakfast. It’s not that you “trick”your kids, but rather you just switch the recipes unnoticed. That’s a better way of putting it. It also has a lot of simple snacks that you can prepare like energy balls. And if all of this wasn’t enough? There’s even gluten-free Facebook groups you can join for support and get a sense of community, and to share stories and recipes. Overall, this is such an amazing book if you really want to eat cleaner and achieve better health. Give gluten-free a try! Your body will thank you.

simple recipes!!

You Can Be Gluten-Free and Not Miss Out
I'm giving this to my neighbor, who recently discovered she has gluten intolerance. I know she will appreciate the plethora of tips this book provides on avoiding cross-contamination and flare-ups. Becoming a GF champion!
After my celiac diagnosis last year, I thought my days of enjoying real food were over. My first attempts at gluten-free cooking resulted in bread that could double as a doorstop and pasta that resembled wallpaper paste. My teenage kids started ordering takeout behind my back - can't blame them! Then this audiobook became my unexpected kitchen savior.
