A good read

The performance was poorly edited, the voice sounded different from one sentence to the next often, so I mixed up the characters. Story was good- kept me up to 4 am

I loved he either book. Kiss of iron so looked forward to this one. It was awful and the narrator male voice was horrible. I don’t usually regret a credit even if don’t love a book but regret this one

Needs better narration for MMC

The narrator’s male voice is yikes. It threw me off whenever I heard it. I think this would have been better with dual narration.

The voice

I hate the voice of the narrator. When she attempts the male voice it sounds like someone's 70yr old aunt Helen who has been smoking since she was 12...

I liked it overall

Would have been better with a different narrator. I hate to critique, but the MMC voice she chose was more old crone vs evil yet seductive fae.

this is one of the steps in this journey with the day and night court. and I for one would love to read more.

Horrible Male Voice

The story is fine, but would be WAY easier to get into the story if the narrator had ever heard a man speak. The narrator does a terrible job of impersonating a man. The text will say something like, "his voice, deep and sensual" and the narrator gargles her words sounding more like a troll than a fake prince. This is a book to read. I don't reccomend the audio.

Narrator… ick

Couldn’t tell you much about the story because the narrator sounds like she’s a pack a day smoker. No matter female or male voice… it sounds like Virginia slims smoker.

Disturbing

This is a messed up story of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse packaged as a warped love story

Bad narration; couldn’t finish

I regret using a credit on this. Story feels predictable but can’t fully judge. The narrator made everyone sound like an old witch or wizard, it was really hard to get into
