About this listen

A little girl fades into the whispers of the wind. She was thrown into a beautiful haze of chaos. Lost. Alone. Hungry. "Will anyone save me?" This is the true life story of a little girl, a box, a few Russians, a bottle of whiskey, and a song of sorrow. Life is hard. You're born, you fall, you rise, and then after it all your life fades into the sands of time. Ashes to Ashes.....dust to dust. In the end we all fall down. When you fall what will you be remembered for?

Nicely Written & Narrated Book

I really like Blue's writings although this one was really heartbreaking hearing all she has had to go through and endure for someone so young. I loved how she addressed the readers of the book directly, this was such a nice touch. Bill Oberst Jr.'s narration was terrific. Once again he really brings Blue's words to life.
