Effected not go into much force on healing, spoke mostly what I now am familiar with. Good book for beginners and newbies.

I have been super involved in healing and shamanism lately. This audiobook is great for familiarizing yourself with shamanism and its practice.

I think Mari Silva gives a great overall description of what shamanism is and where it comes from. There are no mystical, magical ramblings. It's very straightforward and based upon the analysis Mari Silva did personally as an anthropologist. SHe's taken the mystery out of shamanism and does it more as a science, or methodology.

Well understood.

It is a delightful audiobook with knowledge broken down into simple to understand thoughts to put the book on the road to delving deeper into shamanism. I also liked the section on crystals and how to combine them into the healing process. Engaging and insightful guide.

So far a great book.

About trough with this one too. I'm yet thinking over whether I need to try some of the things recommended even if you, probably, can't get hurt.

Can you definitely grasp a belief system that you weren't raised in? Can you analyze it in full? Those topics and such are treated and I think it's just essential to check them.
