A pretty good book.
There are a few takeaways from this book if this will be your first time reading about motivation and self-discipline. And if you have read about them before, the book is a great reminder of them. I did obtain some points I’ve never heard before. It is very easy to digest and content is helpful and actionable. The writer actually provides actionable items as well. I always believe that if you have even just one takeaway from any book, it’s very much worth it as you are leaving the book 1% better than you were before reading them. This book was one of those for me.
The reason why I didn’t give this a five star was I noted a few times where the writer mentions his other books through this book. It was alright but it was mildly distracting. Not a big issue if you care about the content, though. I understand as even the most popular writers do the same.

Enlightening and motivating.
I needed to hear the words of an experienced Entrepreneur. It was advice about intrinsic vs extrinsic motivation that moved me. And I have already implemented a "One hour" work schedule. Damn that really works!

All in all this was a worthwhile listen, summing up a lot of good advice. If I had to choose between the audio & the kindle/paperback versions, I would probably choose the kindle/paperback, as I found myself highlighting several section for later reference. Fortunately Martin offers a discount on the audible version if you buy the kindle version first, so it's pretty inexpensive to get both.
