Wade in Love

I like that Wade found someone to love. And that it is mutual. Inspite of his physical and sexual abuse he let love in.

such a great story the Character development was outstanding.The world building was phenomenal and the love story was so sexy and my godds I want to try all the snakes

Loved the narrator and the book!

It was double first for me :) Gary Furlong is going to my list of favorites. Great acting, emotions, it was fun!

It was a bit hard in the beginning to understand who is who because it’s a first Hailey Turner’s book I am reading. I’m definitely going to read the whole series which chronologically goes before this book (and would recommend it, honestly).

Loved selkie skin transformation idea and bottomless stomach! It’s always the little details that create the bigger picture and characters :)

Wade is quirky and badass; Riordan is steadfast and levelheaded. They are a good pair and I especially loved the beginning of their romance but also the end of the book where they got their HFN 🧡 Love me tender love me sweet is the mood for those two :)

Also loved how fast paced it was, a lot is going on and it wasn’t boring. The mini gastro tour I had together with MCs, fae & other supernatural politics, hidden identities and support of each other in their found and real families will also stay in my memory :)

I am glad I gave a chance to Hailey Turner as a new for me author :)

A Snack of a Romance!

I cannot even express how happy I am that Wade has finally found a love even bigger than his love for Snacking! Riordan was an absolute perfectly sweet romantic pair for Wade. Wade even shares his snacks with Riordan. Now that is love. I went straight to Audible here, and Gary was perfection as always. I was all about this romance but just know even though this is a spin off, it is a full-length action-packed story with all our favorite characters in support.

Wade is all grown up!

I loved this story so much!!! Wade is all grown up and trying his best to make his family proud. And what a beautiful new relationship he gets to explore. This story was worth the wait! Maybe I should go back and listen to the series again…

Great standalone in the Soulbound universe!

Narrative keeps you wanting to listen and feel engaged in the story. The writing is well done.

Good story. Good narration.

Having a Wade-centric story was a treat. He definitely deserved to have his own book, and Hailey Turner did a spectacular job of exploring Wade's personality. I'm not satisfied though. I want more. This wasn’t enough. I feel like this was just the beginning. If this is really all the story the author has to tell, it ends in a good place, but... My inner five year old is stomping her feet and asking for another. Especially if Gary Furlong continues to narrate the books in the Soulbound Universe.

Wade and Snacks

Gary Furlong did a great job as always! Hailey Turner gave Wade his HEA. And there was lots and lots of snacks.

Just another absolute wonderful book!

I want 100 more books in this series I love everything about it the characters the world it’s in and just the wonder I always feel when listening to these books the writing is fantastic and makes you fall in love with the characters i recommend this series to everyone I know and this is just another one to tell people. Amazing story, characters, and flushed out world, and can’t forget about Gary’s amazing voice work as alway 10/10 as always in this series.

Beautiful

We got hints of what exactly Wade went through during the Soulbound series but here we get to KNOW and my gosh does it absolutely hurt. Wade has been one of my top favorites from the series so seeing him finally get his book was everything, and Hailey did a a WONDERFUL job with it. The care she took with his story and his past was very well done as it touched on it but never went into details. Riordan was everything I ever wanted for Wade. Patient, kind, and went as slow with him as Wade needed and pumped the breaks and stopped whenever something they did triggered Wade.
OFC GARY FURLONG WAS PERFECTION?!?! This man is so good at his craft, HOLY. I’m so sad that it’s over and I’m desperately hoping someone else gets a book because I never want to let this series go.
