A few twists, few issues left hanging and a little bit of detail

I liked the humor of the story and some of the twists were fun, but there were issues that were left hanging including details that made issues confusing feel like it could just been a little better

I liked the story but fire the narrator!!

I really like Fern Michael's books but I was just disappointed that she had Susan Bennett as the narrator. While I enjoyed the story which was the only reason I bought it , I was hesitant because of Susan Bennet as the narrator. You can understand her clearly, but she has a very monotone voice and does not change it for any of the other characters. I did think she did a good Italian accent but everything else sounded like it was on the same level.... so while you will enjoy the story, you just have to push through the narrator

Was predictable

It was slow moving and predictable. Sorry Fern you missed the mark on this one.

I loved this book but then Fern Michaels never fails disappoint me! I usually am reading a murder mystery book so this is a different type of book and it was refreshing! I loved the characters and how they all worked together to get one job completed! I give this book a 5 ⭐️

Easy Reading for the Holidays

I love these Christmas romance stories by Fern Michaels, plus other authors. This book was a continuation of the first in a series. Four friends met up at their high school reunion after not being in touch since high school, and all of them are single. The friends decided it was time to plan get-togethers at least once a year because they live all across the country. This book is about their second trip after COVID, and they pull the same shenanigans and have to solve a mysterious person who seems to be following them.

It is a sweet love story and an easy read.

fun group of characters

I enjoyed the lighthearted adventures. fun cast of characters. setting location was nice. can't wait for next book.

Whining

I did not like this book. I stopped listening to it. So much whining. Repeat of the first book. I want a credit refund. I’ll see if I can get one.
