Love This So Much

Rule is the story of his brother Brett and Alexeandrea. She moved from Ohio and had to move in with her sister to attend SoCal University. It was always her dream to go to the other side of the country living near the Pacific coast highway and attending college. Skylar is her half sister and I am going to go ahead and say what you will all be thinking. She is one of the most horrible sisters ever. To say Alex has the most horrible first day ever of college would be an understatement. She's late due to a broken down car and when she get there her professor is not at all the woman it was supposed to be but none other than Dean Power. The moment they lay eyes on each other that morning the sparks are flying. Brett is about to be the youngest Dean of the university. He has worked hard to get to where he is. Always follow the rules, has a huge research project that is being funded to solve one of the earth's problems and is a genius. He is also a thrill seeker and you will know why by the end of the book. I really loved both of these characters. I loved Alex because she was such a genuine person who had some yucky cards dealt to her in life but she always does her best and tries to bring some sunshine to everyone's life. I adored her. Brett is cocky and very sure of himself in everything he does. He is too smart for his own good sometimes and he really feels like he doesn't know what it is to love. Plus, he has a very dirty mouth and I am a total sucker for dirty talking alpha male. Brett delivers that in spades. I loved every second of getting to know these two and by the end of the book you feel like you really know and understand Alex and Brett. In case you can't tell, I really loved this book. Once I started it I did not put it down. This is a book that you do not want to miss. I really loved listening to this book. It takes you right into the story and you never want to leave this world.

I’ve never read a book that had the man and woman narrating in each chapter that has one of their POV. It was excellent!

It’s been a while since I’ve been blessed with duet narration… so let me just say that this is my FAV was to audio. If you’re unfamiliar, it’s when the female narrator speaks all of her lines, including the lines in the chapters she doesn’t narrate. And vise versa. It’s such a great experience for my ears 😍

Okay, the book. Did I say wow already? This book was FILTHY!

Brett Powers has always been career focused and nothing will get in his way towards becoming Dean of his prestigious university. Alexandria is finally at the school of her dreams, a long way from home. She never saw Brett coming. He’s older, powerful, and her sister’s ex. But they can’t seem to stay away from each other.

The chemistry between these two is fire! This book was so hot. I was walking around while listening and so nervous that people would hear it playing in my ears 😆🫣🥵

I love how Brett pushed her and opened her eyes.
I love how Alexandria helped him realize what was missing in his life.

Now I need to go back and read Jett’s book!

Recommend you start with the book POWER first before reading this book, as the characters do enter twine from power to this book!
Cassandra Robbins, you have done it again. Not only was I in love with the book power but this one as well. The story line was beautiful and it’s twisted way of course as well as spicy in all the right ways. The only thing I wish would of been addressed was about her half sister felt after everything, I mean she did deserve some rubbing in about the situation after everything she said. But overall I love this and can’t wait to listen to more from you!

Just as good on the second read as the first. One of the best books.

Outstanding Narration!

First book by this author and it will not be my last! The narrator’s did an incredible job bringing this story to life. I highly recommend this book.

The narration is great. The sex scenes spicy. I found Brett to be cold and not very likable, and that ruined it for me. He wasn’t sweet with Alex, yet she was enthralled. I see some reviews said the story got better as it progressed, and maybe it does, but I got turned off with about 5 hours of it left and stopped.

Narrators did a great job! Can’t wait to see what happens next! Love Cassandra Robbins books.

Why oh why are Cassandra Robbin’s books so perfect!? The narrators were once again on point making me feel all kinds of WOW! This story is hot and will light your insides on fire.

As my first Cassandra Robbins book I wasn’t sure if I would be okay reading book 2 without reading book 1 but I had no problem diving in and understanding. I was so intrigued by this story. I love a Professor/ Student storyline! Brett Powers, phew, I am in love with that man! And Corvin King did a fantastic job narrating the powerful, BDE Brett Powers. He was a perfect choice for the role and he absolutely nailed the narration! This was also in duet narration which I am a huge fan of, I think it tells the story so much smoother. Alexandrea quickly grew on me as a character and I really loved her and felt sorry she had such a brat of a sister! Every reason says Alexandrea and Brett should stay away from each other. But their pull is impossible to break and they repeatedly find themselves in situations together. Will the politics of the school be too much? Can they find a way to stay together? There are some books that just come across better in audio then ebook and I absolutely think this is one of them!
