Story great- narration needs work

Loved the story. The narration drove me crazy!! Dante was pronounced Dan-Tee and Dante back and forth the whole way through… even in the same sentence pronounced 2 different ways. All abbreviated words were just sounded out… like ER was err and M.O. was moh. T-boned was pronounced like taboned. All throughout the book. Virtual voice needs some work. There is also no distinction between characters so hard to tell when it switches between 2 people in a conversation.
