Wren and Anderson

Narrators were fantastic but struggled to connect with the main characters. Nice enough book to listen to and would definitely try more of the authors work.

Heartbreak and healing. Thru healing finding love and strength. Whether or not Wren and Anderson ended up together the book would have had a happy ending. I’m looking forward to reading more books by this author.

Great love story

This was a wonderful love story. I loved the bond between all the cabin dweller. It’s rare to have such good neighbors and they were so welcoming.

Quick enjoyable listen~

The narration is great! Stephanie and Joe are two of my favorites. The story is good, but it’s obvious the way Kandi Steiner writes about the mountains and foothills that she isn’t from Washington haha.

Simple but effective character development. I enjoyed the discussions between the main characters and supporting characters.

Enjoyed the story

Loved the narration. Story was well written. While author did a great job with the subject matter, it was highly emotional thought provoking and made my heart hurt at times.

a quick and easy listen

really enjoyed this book, i really liked the story between the two characters and really came to root for them. nothing incredible though, the story was kind of forgettable but still will read others from this author.

Exhausting.

The emotional angst and nonstop self pity is EXHAUSTING! And a turn off for me when a man is so damn moody and whiny. I had to increase the speed to get through the annoying complaining and self pity.

Loved it even more on audio

This has been one of my favorite Kandi books for years. I identify with Wren so much so getting to listen to the story was as satisfying as reading it!

Great book!

Hit home for me. You can still find yourself and live at the same time as long as it’s with the right person. The one who supports you know matter what.
