Five hundred years of fighting demons and humanity has been pushed to the brink of extinction. As the last bastion of the remaining humans is shattered, Bran Heros, the Wandering King, decides to enact a last ditch effort.
He’s going to send his soul back in time to two years before the demon invasion comes to earth.
This time when the demons first come he’s going to be waiting. He might not be as strong as he was in his past life, but he has something far more important. He has time to get ready for what’s to come and the knowledge to take advantage of every second.

One of Bruce’s best
Fair warning there are spicy moments. I personally loved that but I’ve seen some people not expecting it. Great story building and better performance. Christopher walken impression was strait class

Great but lost a star for how the booked ended.
Won't go into spoilers, but I'm questioning the whole family relationship because it seems extremely poor. Every interaction with his mother is like nails in chalkboard, especially at the last part of the book where the MC who's been very reclusive about his ability decides to show it off to someone he doesn't trust and has had no relationship with whatsoever.
If I had one recommendation to the Author it would be to tighten up in aspects in regards to his family and their personalities.

Unique telling of a well used theme.
What would you do if you could go back in time and change things...

If it hadn't been for the other books of the author, I might have past this up as this theme has been used alot but he has very good good stories, my curiosity wanted to see what he did with it...

Bruce’s Greatest Series Yet!
And coming from a super fan that is saying something lol I’ve listened to every Sentar audiobook 5+ times, even broke 10+ with Dragons Justice and Dungeon Diving. The VA’s are incredible talents that double the entertainment. Fantastic characters with well thought out personalities and motivations. This series completely nails the “System” and “Returner” themes and the main character is (for lack of a better term) ‘THE’ BAMF. There’s also a good deal of dungeon crawling, looting and leveling as well as some gearing and crafting, some stat sheets too but they aren’t overbearing. Book 1 is great but book 2 is a triumph. I can’t wait for it to come out on Audible and for Bruce to start book 3. I hope this series continues for years to come! Anyone interested should join us on Bruce Sentars discord and Patreon we had a lot of fun discussing and debating (literally EVERYTHING about 😂😂) this series. Enjoy!
