Being charged with murder and spending a night in jail is bad enough, but when the police don't seem to be making any headway on finding the real killer, Andi begins to do her own investigation - much to the frustration of the homicide detective in charge.

The closer she gets to discovering the killer, the more her own life is in danger. Time is running out. Andi must figure out who the killer is before she goes to prison for a crime she didn't commit, or worse, becomes the next dead body.

Good idea

The idea is good, but I struggled to get through it. I fast forwarded a few times.

good humor, suspense, and a little romance. loved it. would recommend it. will read more when possible

Crazy Good!

Loved this wild ride with Repo Girl Andi Sloan. Lots of twists and turns and a resolution totally didn't see coming.

Great cast of characters and the narration was perfect. Highly recommended!

Not Bad

I liked the story. The reader was good too. Looking forward to future books and how the story will evolve.

The narrator was great! I enjoyed the storyline. It gave me “Stephanie Plum” vibes. It was a fun read!

Funny and Witty

The story is funny and witty. It was a bit too melodramatic (too many "coincidences"), but the story is still fun and holds you to the end.

entertaining, but ...

overall the story was okay, didn't really find any major plot line issues. I only have two problems with this book, one is with the performance and one is with the story itself. I wish audible would simply pay two actors to perform a book in which there is dialogue between men and women, rather than having the narrator change their voice. the female narrator did not do a convincing male voice. as far as the story itself, the author took the lazy way out by having the villain explain the entire reason for their behavior in a monologue, giving the police plenty of time to swoop in and save the day. I find this insulting to the reader and highly unrealistic. better to let the reader discover the intricacies of the plot themselves rather than spelling it all out at the end. this could have been a really entertaining book had it not been for these two things. I was actually considering reading the sequel but I really don't think I'm going to because the author chose this ending.
