One day, six towers appear on Earth. Each one stands hundreds of stories tall, and are invulnerable to all attacks. At the base of each tower is a portal, welcoming in all who dare enter it. All sorts of magical monsters can be found inside the towers. Even treasure, magic and superhuman strength can be acquired. The problem is that the towers aren't a friendly place. Even worse, the towers sometimes release waves of monsters to attack Earth. In the year 2083, there are only a hundred survivors. In one last attempt, they challenge the final floor without regard for their lives.

One of the best Progression Fantasy stories, and most well written LitRPG/Wuxia stories I've encountered.
#I-Shall-Seal-The-Heavens is the GOAT
L. M. Kerr can't write these books fast enough.

Too much exposition
Pretty good story concept but it’s slam full of exposition. Instead of progressing the story at a steady pace, it gets mired down into a slog of long winded explanations. Otherwise it would’ve been better

Enjoyed all of it
I waited for the audio version about a half a year, but oh it was worth it, did not disappoint. I did get a little confused who was who for a little of it, but that happens with all big books. Five stars, I hope it continues to be good.

Addicting
A gripping story, with a nerves-of-steel protagonist. I can't wait for the next one! Amazing world building too. The only minor piece of feedback is the sometimes repetitive descriptors used in the same paragraph. It didn't come close to making we want to put this book down though!

Simply Blown away
I am simply blown away by this book and this series. This is single handily one of the most in depth and interesting fantasy books I have delved into one a very long time. Every set up pays off, every details becomes important, the main character is not over powered within the realm of his world but is instead just strong enough to....sometimes pull of ridiculous shit, which then leads to more. Simply put this story is a masterclass in story telling. The only caveat is that the story is long and has a lot of moving pieces. This is not just a casual read but instead one you need to be paying semi constant attention too or you will miss a detail that will pay off.

Incredible story
This is a really good lit RPG story with excellent narration. This is among my favorites so far and I’ve read a lot of them. I’m not sure why this could even get any bad reviews because it is amazing and I can’t wait for there to be more of these books. I hope this is just the beginning.
