Solid story I will buy book 2 whenever it comes out. I hope for more action in the next book. This book had some but lots of the chapters went to honing his skills.

I really liked this book. I though the “laughing” would get annoying but it kind of funny how often it happened

beware the laughter... to much

it's a really good book with great premise and struggle. but the laughter in the dialog ue is very annoying. if you can push pass that you have a gem.

Here's a Drinking Game to Ruin Your Book Club

Every time the main character laughs, take a drink. You may survive for the first 30 minutes if you are an alcoholic; otherwise, you will die... Even if you swap to water, you will drown yourself before the 2 hour mark.

Besides that, it is a great start for a typical OP, lucky-day, cultivator saga. Also, we finally get a MC that is not an "oblivious to women" male protagonist! That trope would have ruined the series tbh.

I loved this first book!

I love cultivation series so I may be byis but that means I’ve listened to a lot and I cant stress enough how refreshing it is having a MC focused on his power and not getting the biggest harem I hope the power system is very vast even after we think we see a peak I hope there is more I think this series has a lot of potential for high tier fights I can’t wait for the next one

the kid is 12...

the cultivation part of this story is good even if it gets a little redundant in parts I really enjoyed it, but the story lost me when the mc, WHO IS 12, started having relations with a 20 something yr old. I don't care if cultivating has made his body like that of an adult, or all the hardships a
has matured his brain...... the kid is 12!! if you want this type of romance age your character up a bit. 18 at minimum not freakin 12!!!!!!!

If you're a fan of cultivation books, you absolutely cannot miss this one! It's hands down one of the best reads in the genre that I've come across in ages. Seriously, it’s a must-read for everyone—pick it up, dive in! The narration is fantastic, drawing you in with every word. Each chapter flows seamlessly into the next, and trust me, you'll find it impossible to put down. This has quickly become one of my favorite books of the year! Not to mention, it's packed with humor and excitement—plus, the main character is incredibly powerful! You’re in for a thrilling ride!

Just straight up cultivation goodness from start to finish, no isekai or anything like that. strong mc and he is not prude and while he loves cultivation he also takes time to enjoy life a little in between. bought volume 2 already on kindle. Can't wait for the next audiobook

great book

I really like and recommend this book. The only thing I found annoying was the repetitive and over use of some words and phrases throughout the whole story.

Good book but the laughter in the dialog is annoying

I have enjoyed the book and will get the next one but the constant laughter in the dialog is hard to get past.
