Expect the Unexpected

OMG Another amazing book by Brogan...This book was the perfect addition to Tru's story. I often can guess the "villain" in books, but this one kept me guessing until the end and I absolutely love that!

Tru gets the opportunity to shine by just being herself and letting her good character, and now maturity, show through.

This story made me feel all of the emotions... angry, sad, happy! Brogan has a knack for doing so and doesn't mince words! Brogan has true talent!!

I'm thrilled Poppy is narrating again-she is fantastic using different voices and inflection in her voice so you get all the feels you're supposed to!

I'm onto the next book immediately!

Gratifying Supernatural Underdog Story

What a good read...listen. Women supernaturals have many things to battle....in this tale, including angels and demons! Shifters, friendship, loyalty, love. Highly recommend

Couldn’t STOP listening!

Wow! I so quickly fell in love with these characters and head over heels deep into their magical world! With such beautifully descriptive writing and an exciting twisting plot, I couldn’t stop listening to this book! I need this to be a movie!! Can’t wait to read the next one!

I read the 4 creature books and this as the follow up. I also listened to all 5, and I think I enjoyed the audible more than when I read it.

super good urban fantasy.

have to admit I like the later books better, the first few, tails of the underworld, had a little too much foul language. but they introduced fairy kids so people cleaned up their mouths a bit. :-) can't wait for the next book in this series to be out in audible form, Poppy does an amazing job bringing these characters to life.

this is a wonderful listen

both myself and my wife loved the story we highly recommend that you go back and listen to the first three books as there is a lot of character backstory in them and we are so excited to for the next book in the series well done Brogan

Sassy, fun, butt kicking!

I got the audio to listen to on my drives to and from work, the only problem is my winter break started before I finished. I was enjoying not only the story but the narrator so much, I had to continue listening until the end! This meant the family got to start the story halfway, but I didn’t want to switch to just the print version! Loads of fun! I can’t wait to start the next!

Absolutely loved it!!

What a great story, I've listened to all of Ms. Thomas's books and honestly have loved each and everyone, this one is no exception! I love how she spins a story just when you think it's going one way she turns it another way. She tells great stories. The narrator Poppy does an awesome job bringing each character to life! There's action and romance. I just loved it. I can't wait till the next book comes out! She's turning out to be one of my most favorite arthors. I highly recommend this book!

An amazing read!

I absolutely loved the entire book. I started with the series Creatures of the Otherworld, and I was hooked! Unlike other books that get hung up in spots or lose their momentum, this book kept me interested the entire time. I connected with each of the characters, watched them grow into their potential, and the storyline was phenomenal. I look forward to all of her future books!
