Well-written practical guide to Raising a Kid

I love the practical advice offered in Maggie Blake's audiobook Raising Kids Who Thrive. In today's challenging world, parenting can be a real struggle, especially when our children are exposed to so much social media interaction (even indirectly). Blake provides the reader with logical steps to help develop a resilient and independent child. There are so many concepts revealed that I had not considered. The author shares her training as a Montessori educator with key aspects of your child's development. A key part of the book discusses the importance of "Cultivating a Family Growth Mindset." This chapter helps by encouraging the development of a culture of gratitude and generosity.
I think every parent could benefit from reading this book as they develop a new inhabitant on our planet. But, the true beneficiary are the children who thrive from this training.
Great audiobook, I highly recommend it.
