Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

Very Interesting
Ethan Caldwell’s Psychic Abilities and Empathy is an insightful and engaging guide that blends practical techniques with spiritual depth. From the very first pages, Caldwell’s approachable tone and clear explanations make even complex concepts feel accessible.
What stands out most is the balance between grounded advice and intuitive exploration. I appreciated the way this guide emphasized self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and ethical practice. It’s a gentle yet empowering resource that encourages growth while honoring the sensitivity that often comes with empathic abilities.

Great for Empaths
As an empathetic person, I found this audible book to be very insightful. It provides you with a deep understanding of being an empath, psychic senses, and navigating through situations. Provided are many steps to balance your self care and empathetic personality. I felt like this was very thorough and relevant information that was nicely put together for people listening to understand. The call to action steps are also an important factor included in this great listen. They are both beneficial and drive results. I suggest listening to this for all who it relates to or those just of curious mind.

Value-Add Book for your Library
You don't have to be a believer to want to learn more about chakras and finding your own energy. This book has been such an enlightenment to my nightly read. There were so many tips and advice on how to find your soul energy, how to understand it, and how to find peace within understand what your soul really wants. I loved the chapters about the different chakras, a few I knew, there were quite a bit that I learned based on the book. This book was also key to learning about narcissistic behavior and how to navigate through someone you know who is one or when you meet people how to spot that behavior. Overall, a great book to have to understand who you are and how to navigate through the world.
