Dummies guide to not getting sued
This book is very thorough. I felt as though they covered every possibility. It’s not a very exciting subject per se but I do feel they made an effort to make it interesting. One of the themes seems to be how not to get sued. It’s mentioned at least once in every single chapter. Some times that felt a little redundant but I guess it was necessary.

Too long - but thorough book
Very focused on possible litigation that can occur when dealing with property management in the United States. I believe any possible kind of problem has been thoroughly covered.
I would have enjoyed a more concise audiobook though. Anything beyond 8-9 hours needs more justification in my opinion. Had to 2X the speed in some areas.
