This book was great.
A super easy read without any technical bologna. Good ideas for why we procrastinate and suggestions for attacking this problem- eh issue. I don't know if I'll no longer procrastinate but now I have some ideas as to why I am doing what I'm doing and some strategies to take procrastination on. Go ahead don't put it off- order the book. But you better read it once it arrives or someone may accuse you of procrastinating.

This book works. I have already read numerous books on procrastination by the most acclaimed authors, and none had the same effect as this one had. It's simple and to the point. I could warn you that it's a little repetitive, once the book focuses on presenting one technique only, but it's not a dull read. It helped me, hope it helps you too. God bless.

This book has seriously CHANGED MY LIFE!
This is HANDS DOWN the most comprehensive, yet clearly presented book I've ever read on this topic. Wonderfully organized and eminently readable, it opens your eyes to WHY you're actually procrastinating, then proceeds to offer all sorts of terrific ACTION STEPS to implement immediately!
I didn't realize how much I was avoiding doing all sorts of things that I really wanted to get done. They are now getting done; all those to-do's that were hanging over my head are disappearing. This book has seriously CHANGED MY LIFE! You won't be disappointed!

Good quick read.
I've found it very helpful in a few ways that I procrastinate. There were a few areas in my life where I was putting things off to the point where it was becoming problematic. This book helped me to the work I needed before things got out of hand. Most of us do this in a few ways in our life. I think if you're a reader who needs some help that's more guided than, "just do it" you will find this helpful. However, I doubt this book will help someone who procrastinates to the point of self-sabotage and beyond. In that instance, it might be helpful in addition to get professional help.

The book has live-changing insights on barriers to success. If you struggle with procrastination, changing course starts here. It truly has been effective at changing my mindset vs. just saying you should do this or that. I highly recommend the book if you have the tendency to put things off.

This is a valuable book that I would recommend,
I really enjoyed this book because although it is simple and straightforward, it is also filled with extremely clever and effective concepts that really do work. I believe that the subconscious mind responds to many of the author’s methods; many of which are reminiscent of behavior modification methods of positive feedback and reinforcement. This is a valuable book that I would recommend, even to those who may think they are too advanced for it. I learned a lot from it.
