One of the best book -- getting to the point every chapter, covering all aspects of PML. We are at the stage that diversification is needed in our current real estate investment in buy & hold rentals. Our hope is to have another stream of passive income from high yield interests as private lender and yet doing it with low risk as possible. We did our initial research on YouTube (e.g. Lazy Girl REI) and BiggerPockets to build up the initial knowledge, and then complete our education on this subject by reading a solid book. Wow, this book did it! We are ready to take action soon!
