About this listen

Lots of persons love dogs, but they have a problem keeping their dogs under control. Some even end up giving up their beloved pets, as they simply do not know how to stop the dog from chewing on furniture and using the house as a potty. There is a solution for the frustrated dog owner. It is an audiobook called Obedience Training for Dogs: Positive Dog Training .

This audio book enables the listener to learn the basics of puppy/dog training. This process is time-consuming but in the end, it works out well for the dog owner and their pet.

Not about Positive Training Methods

As a Positive Method dog trainer, I am always looking for books on positive training. This is NOT! The title is deceiving. It promotes “balanced” training and the use of aversive collars, as well as outdated methods and philosophies- and I only listened to 2 chapters. I will be requesting a refund. Save your money and listen to somebody who does give great training advice, like Dr Pat Miller, Dr Patricia McConnell or Jean Donaldson.
