This is the best book on the topic of panic/anxiety that I have listened to! Not too academic. Proper voice and precise manner of reading make you feel calm and confident. This book is amazing !!! I no longer have a problem with anxiety and this book got me there. It is written entirely for people who are experiencing anxiety. Do not hesitate to get this book! I have purchased two editions (paper/audio) for myself and for many friends - everyone loves it - the audible file

Essential book.
I have used the exercises and technics given in this audiobook personally, and I have given printed copies of this book to several friends who have panic and anxiety attacks, and they have used the techniques successfully. Some of the methods are not the secret (breezing exercises) but some tips I discovered only here. And I can say they are all effective. With every next panic attacks, it will be easier to take control.

An excellent audiobook.
This is an excellent guide book to the nature of panic attacks. It really gets to the heart of it. It can help you, just follow through with the exercises. You have to stick with it even when the tough gets going. Its all about sticking with it. You will benefit from this audiobook.

Best book
If you have panic attacks, this is the audiobook for you. The author doesn't bog you down with the history of anxiety but cuts right to the chase. You'll learn how to cope early in the book. Best book that I've listened to on the subject.
