Sorry I didn’t have the book in my Kindle app…

This is a story that really needs the “whisper soft” extra to help the listener follow what is going on during the extensive “code-breaking” parts of the plot. The Virtual Voice was no help either. This story really begged for a human’s touch. All that said, it was a unique take away from strict cannon with many of our familiar favorites and the added touch of another Darcy character. I personally was able to block out the voice and wished the wrap-up wasn’t so abrupt. Some things were left unfinished or undeveloped. The author crammed a five pound story into a four pound sack. I was really sad for once that my e-book version was on the wrong reading app.

Deserves a real narrator!

As a lover of PPVs, this was a compelling version of the beloved characters' romantic adventures, but the voice sync did it no favors. Support for the autolhor and a damn shame it didn't get the professional treatment it deserved.

Good story

Virtual voice is okay. It would have been great with a real person or even male and female voice.

But I love the interesting story!!!!

Code -breaker Lizzy

Lizzy helps foil a spy plot. Lydia is gullible. ODC are both prickly at first, but then they impress each other. Low angst. Fast pace. Good writing. it just needs a real narrator.

Good Story

Very good story. I liked the espionage angle and Darcy’s “apology “ just cracked me up. Clueless man! And virtual voice was decent.

Great Story - Deserves a Real Voice Actor

This was my first virtual voice experience. It was okay, but this interesting novel deserves better. There was almost no differentiation between the voices and it lost a lot of texture because of this AI voice.

Just NO on AI-Virtual Voice!!!!!!

This book is my 1st foray into Virtual Voice. It IS wonderful to know we have advanced in technology so well that in this case, the British Voice was good. However, AI really CANNOT add the emotion, inflection, to "voice" hence, causing a poor performance of narration. This last statement seriously brought the whole performance, for me, to become bored with the story. I did not read the ebook or paper of this book & the story has "some" substance. However, due to the narration it all fell flat.

Very shallow

I am really getting tired of the P&P variations that portray Elizabeth as an angry rude witch and Darcy as being stupid enough to adore her. This is one of those books
