But things took an unexpected turn when Mr. Darcy, the most insufferably arrogant man I've ever met, started showing up wherever I turned. The man is always glowering, always judging... or so I thought. Now he’s acting even stranger than usual—and I’m beginning to wonder if I’m the one who’s lost my senses. The audiobook makes it even better
The book is fun but the audiobook made it even better! I have enjoyed Alix James’ stories for quite some time and this one is just as good and worth the read / listen (4 stars for the book but 5 with the audio). Darcy is knocked off his high horse by a Scottish ghost who enjoys playing havoc all around him. It takes Darcy a bit to come to grips with his new “normal” that he might be stuck with him unless he and Elizabeth can find a way to release him. This will be one I will read / listen to again!
