This was a great book.
Really well written and informative. If you have no experience in mindfulness, this book makes it simple to employ and use in our everyday life. I’m so impressed with how thorough and well studied he seems to be. I’m excited to implement all the tools and techniques and this has many. It’s well worth a listen.
