I only bought the audiobook for this series and the entire time I was torn between getting the ebook so I could read it faster and wanting it to stretch longer so I could continue to hear these two amazing vocal artists. 5 stars all the way.

Very good!

Very good wrap up to the duet! I really enjoyed both books. Really well written and performed, excellent dialogue - completely believable too. The storyline was gripping, no dull moments here! Unputdownable!!

This final half of the book set didn’t have the meat nor the spice of the first book, but it was still very good.

I love the romance and the eroctic sex!!!!! Also I love the narrators they are the best

I have hundreds of audio books, and dozens of fav authors, but Penny Dee is new to me. and she just made it into my fav category too! can't belive its taken me years to find her, but I now want Everything she's ever written!

Loved this duet

Loved everything about this duet besides one tiny detail. But that was just a personal preference.
Narrators did amazing and really had me engrossed in this story.
If you love Bratva romance with steam, twists, and a dash of danger, this may be for you

Midnight Poison - Brooke and Lev

This is book two in the Zarkov duet and it was awesome! I enjoyed this book so much that I did not want it to end. Lev was a hard@ss who did not want to admit his feelings for Brooke. His pride was hurt when she left him. He had some groveling to do when he found out that she did not betray him. I love that this book did not have any other woman or cheating drama. The end was very nice and heartwarming. I love Ms. Dee's Bratva books and I hope there will be more from her. Laura Horowitz and Walker Williams did a great job with the narration. Walker Williams is fast becoming one of my favorite male narrators.

Review of First 3 Books

Sigh. It’s the same story told 3 times with name changes. I have no doubts the others is the series are the same as well. So save yourself some money. Forced/Fake marriage to mobster. Females and males who can’t seem to figure out that unprotected sex can cause pregnancy 😳. Bad guy kidnaps fake pregnant wife and she’s rescued by fake mobster husband who then brutally beats and kills bad guy kidnapper. Just do that algorithm 3 or 4 times and you have the books😉
