Would you listen to Meditations again? Why?
I would listen again because I have read this book twice before and each time it remains fresh. And while I consider Peter Batchelor an excellent narrator, this is one of those books that must be studied in print as well as heard to get the maximum benefit. What was one of the most memorable moments of Meditations?
I was especially impressed this time around with all the parallels to Biblical and especially New Testament/Pauline writings. For a non-Christian stoic who had a most unfavorable view of Christians, the similarity to Christian writings in his Meditations are striking.Great narration.
