Awesome cookbook!
Would you consider the audio edition of Meal Prep: The Essential Meal Prep Cookbook to be better than the print version?
This cookbook has great recipes, like many others, but what makes it special is how it helps you plan for and prep the meals. It includes shopping lists, prep schedules and advice on making ahead, freezing, etc. I recommend this cookbook for busy people who want to cook and eat healthy.

Good audible book!! I've merely started on my weight loss journey and this audible book is implausibly helpful. one in every of my favorite aspects is she not alone includes general meal plans but collectively meal plans for specific desires like weight loss or muscle building. Impressive! This audible book is full of great and healthy recipes for meals. All of the recipes are very organized and easy to follow. These recipes are definitely not boring and if you are ready to lose weight like I am, then this is the book for you. Indeed, This is a great book on meal prep recipes and I really needed some help with that. Now I finally know how to make healthy recipes, thanks to this great book!
