straight forward, useful, no bullshit
this is a list of downfalls people encounter in terms of emotional and motivational management with concise, practical, and specific tools to overcome them. I have read 25 self help books in the past 2 years and felt that this clearly articulated what many of them were trying to say. this is one of the better ones I have read, would definitely recommend

Surprisingly Helpful and Engaging

Didactic and concise
I absolutely liked this book. It has many eye opening points about the Dopamine overdose that’s useful during this comfort epidemic. It complements books like the subtle art of not giving a fuck. It has a didactic tone which might throw off some readers/ listeners. However, there are many tools provided that can help one being the victim of their own mind as well as building discipline in general.

Informational, eye opener, life Changing,
I recommend these 2 books in one, and I recommend audible versions especially for busy people, easy as drinking my cup of coffee while I listen, you can get things done while you listen as well, I am able to relax and it calms me down and I am able to breathe, you will learn how to master your emotions and motivation by applying and following the steps in the books. try it and see, it has helped me in ways no one has ever been to and I never believed it was possible. Makes great gifts to purchase for friends, family, anyone that is having a hard time. I will continue to read more of his books. and I recommend everyone to check out all Thibauts life changing books. Thank you and keep up the amazing work Thibaut 👍
