Easy to apply premise and chock-full of helpful tactics for you to try to make more time for what's important to you, block distractions and maintain your energy.
The audiobook performance was a lot of fun, and matches the ambience of the physical book (which contains fun cartoons) well. A pleasure to listen to.

Writers themselves narrating the book!
I've listened to quite a lot of book on Audible now and what stood out the most in this one was that the book is narrated by Jake Knapp and John Zeratsky themselves. it helped me connect a lot better with the book.
