The female character not the best

I didn't feel the love ❤️ and connection that the other couple had. Felt too short of any love for him. Not my favorite although I loved the male character Maddox. Dee was not my favorite female character.

Maddox & Dee

It was great to once again experience the camaraderie between Bentley, Aiden, and Maddox. Maddox’s love story moved at an even pace with no lows. There was plenty of humor, some drama and no angst. The MMC lost his mom at an early age, grew up with an abusive father and had to have order and control in his life. The FMC grew up watching her mom depend solely on her father and he just left them. She did have a hushed short relationship with a coworker who used her and was marrying someone else. She had a phobia when it came to relationships and love. Narrators did a great job.

Swoon worthy

I thought Bentley was my favourite, but I was wrong. Oh my word, Maddox has me tied up in knots and he will not let me go.

This series has been fantastic. Each book just gets better and better and Maddox truthfully blew me away. I really loved the pairing of Maddox and Dee, both damaged by their pasts and not looking for love, but both so worthy of finding love with each other.

Melanie Moreland drew me into the story from the first page; I kept thinking just one more chapter. I loved the characters of Maddox and Dee and all the secondary ones and having already read Bentley, Aiden and now Maddox, I can say that this is one of my favourite series of 2018.

The story was extremely well written, engaging and it was great to see the growth of both Maddox and Dee as the book evolved. Neither Maddox or Dee wanted a “relationship” so friends with benefits suits them both, until it doesn’t.

I really didn’t want to start this book as I have been anticipating reading Maddox since I finished Aiden. Ms. Moreland well and truly delivered a story that had me engrossed from start to finish, not to mention I have a new book boyfriend.

There is so much to love about her characters, the depth and layers that she weaves throughout her stories reminds me of the peeling of an onion, layer by layer and Maddox was just such a book.

The friendships between Maddox, Bentley and Aiden is truly overwhelming, the love , laughter and obvious care they have for one another is swoon worthy in and of itself. Throw in the ladies they love Dee, Emmy and Cami and you have a group of people anyone would be proud to call friends. I know I would love to hang with these people and call them friends.

Entertaining,

I have enjoyed every book in the series. This one was worth the wait. I especially liked the crossing of characters from "the Contract". Very Entertainment.

great story. I want more about the BAM crew!

love how each couple has their own story - not the same. it is nice how the misfits find their own family - good for entertainment that each one has an over the top problem of some sort to throw in to the storyline.

Melanie did it again!

Another good book in the series! Maddox’s confidence and dominance is a literal turn on. Instant love for him lol. I love the trio so much and the family they’ve created.

Maddox & Dee

Dee and Maddox were red hot fire together. The chemistry was off the charts. I loved how giving and protective not only Maddox but all the men in this series are to their women. Dee is averse to love and marriage after seeing things in her childhood. Mad Dog has also had a troubled childhood but where Dee doesn’t want love Maddox does with Dee. He wants it all.

Their story was full of emotion and heart. I loved their growth and how they finally came together. What I love is the brotherhood that this group of men have. How they will do anything for each other no matter what.

Maxine Mitchel and John Lane brought the story to another level with the narration. It was great to listen and feel the emotion of Melanie’s words brought to life.

I can’t wait to continue on this journey and get to Reid’s story. He is the one I have anticipated the most.
