Well done but the joke gets old.
This was a funny premise and well executed overall. It kept me engaged until the end, which in and of itself is notable. The writing is funny, and the idea behind the plot is somewhat socially penetrating -- the aimless protagonist finds basic men boring and is only attracted to men who will hurt and ultimately even kill her -- but it isn't enough to sustain the whole story, which devolves into predictable. I look forward to seeing what Tasha Coryell does with her next book.

I would listen to Andi Arndt read the phonebook… I unfortunately did not enjoy the story

Pretty Good
It starts off really slow and I almost stopped listening seemed very teen like with nonsense whiny and negative attitude. Around 5 hours left it started to get really good and I enjoyed the listen. The ending wasn’t that exciting but overall I enjoyed the storyline. Always love Andi Arndt as the narrator. Saw it in her new release and couldn’t resist the listen. Worth my credit!
