It Works for Me

I have been listening to this for fifteen years, at night as I go to sleep. I find that when I listen regularly the message stays with me throughout the next day. It’s not about the story, per se, or the author’s voice—-it’s about the message, and that comes through loud and clear. I mostly listen to Chapter 2 now. it’s calming and reinforces the message.

just plain bad

I have lessoned to this audio book and a few others both from her collection and from other authors she above all is the worst!!! Her Voice though nice at first almost becomes a distraction and annoying, the visualization she has you do can hunt you with out work and defeats the purpose for buying this book. Over all SAVE YOUR MONEY there are much better books out there this one is just plain BAD!!!
